This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you access or use the Site, create an account, participate in campaigns, or otherwise interact with our services.
By accessing or using the Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy and agree to the collection, use, and disclosure practices described herein. Capitalized terms not defined in this policy have the meanings given to them in the Terms of Use.

• Campaign Content: photos, videos, text, and other content uploaded by creators through the platform.

(a) Providing, operating, and maintaining the Site and platform, including managing your account and delivering platform features.
(b) Facilitating campaigns between brands and creators, including sharing creator information (name, email address, phone number, social media handle, mailing address) with brand clients for product fulfillment and campaign execution.
(c) Processing creator compensation payments through applicable payment methods.
(d) Communicating with you about your account, campaigns, platform updates, and responding to your inquiries or support requests.
(e) Sending marketing and promotional communications about our services, events, or other offerings. You may opt out of these communications at any time as described in Section 5.
(f) Analyzing Site usage, monitoring trends, and improving the platform's performance and user experience.
(g) Operating advertising campaigns through third-party platforms, including Meta/Facebook, to reach prospective users.
(h) Ensuring the security of the Site, preventing fraud, detecting unauthorized activity, and enforcing our Terms of Use.
(i) Complying with applicable legal obligations, responding to lawful requests, and protecting the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others.
(j) Compiling anonymized, aggregated data for analytics, reporting, and service improvement purposes.

(a) Brand Clients: Creator personal information (name, email address, social media handle, mailing address, and phone number) is shared with applicable brand clients as necessary to facilitate product fulfillment and campaign execution. Brand clients are contractually required to use this information solely for campaign-related purposes and to implement reasonable security measures.
(b) Service Providers: We share information with third parties that help us operate the Site and deliver our services, including cloud hosting and infrastructure providers, analytics providers (Google Analytics), CRM and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Omnisend), advertising platforms (Meta/Facebook), security and bot management services (Cloudflare), payment processing services, and accessibility tools (Userway). These service providers are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide services to us.
(c) Legal and Compliance: We may disclose your information when required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or others; or to enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements.
(d) Business Transfers: Your information may be transferred in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy proceeding.

• Creator Content and Metadata: Photos, videos, text, and other content uploaded by creators through the platform, along with associated metadata, may be retained indefinitely to support ongoing content licensing rights established through applicable agreements.
• Payment Records: We retain records of creator compensation transactions as necessary to comply with tax, accounting, and financial reporting obligations.
• Communications: Records of communications with us (including support inquiries and emails) are retained for a reasonable period to maintain service quality and resolve potential disputes.
• Analytics and Log Data: Usage data, server logs, and similar technical information may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form indefinitely for analytics and service improvement purposes.
When personal information is no longer required for any of the purposes described above, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our internal data retention procedures.
